Following our mother’s death in April of 2013, we were faced with a host of difficult circumstances. Chief among them was the sale of the home we were raised in, where our mother had lived in since 1963. Everyone at Alain Pinel was friendly, courteous, and professional, but Ursula Cremona and Patti Robison deserve special recognition. They were compassionate, creative, and efficient from listing through closing.

Ursula and Patti scheduled all necessary inspections immediately upon signing the listing agreement; they were performed in a matter of days. They identified repairs and improvements to maximize the home’s marketability, but they didn’t stop there.  They recommended and scheduled the various trades and the stager so that all work was performed in a timely, integrated fashion.

A generous amount of their time was allotted to showing us comparable properties to familiarize us with current local market pricing and dynamics. Market updates were provided by email and phone, often daily.

All offers were presented on the same day, streamlining the process for us. Ursula and Patti provided us with factual information and professional insight regarding the various offers, but the decisions were left to us.
